Job descriptions:

• Prepare and deliver lessons according to the established curriculum, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and foundational skills required for Primary 1.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs.
• Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and positive behavior.
• Set clear expectations for behavior and academic performance, enforcing classroom rules consistently.
• Manage classroom resources, materials, and equipment effectively.

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimally Diploma in any Discipline, related Diploma in Early Childhood or Education much preferred
• Prior teaching experience, especially with Preparatory or Kindergarten-aged children
• Experience working with young children, preferably in a school or early childhood setting
• Passion for Early Childhood & Primary School Education
• Knowledge/Familiarity with the Ministry of Education (MOE) P1 syllabus/curriculum
  Ability to work collaboratively (in a team)
• Familiarity with incorporating technology and digital tools into lessons to enhance learning experiences. (Proficient with Microsoft Office)
• Basic first aid knowledge and awareness of safety protocols
• Trainers are required to be independent with initiatives to complete tasks while working from home, as well as resolve daily classroom issues on site. Trainers must also demonstrate the passion to work with children.
