Looking for Full Time Enrichment Teacher for Speech & Drama

Job Types:

• Full Time
• Timing/Shifts: 5 Day Week
• UP TO $ 2600/ month
• *Singaporeans Only

Location:

• Islandwide (Candidate must be comfortable travelling)

General Responsibilities:

Programme Implementation and Class Management

• Design and implement engaging and creative lessons plans of the assigned enrichment
  programmes/holiday programmes/weekend workshops. (Reporting officer to share the details
  separately).
• Conduct enrichment programmes/holiday programmes/workshops based on stipulated
  schedule and frequency. (Reporting officer to share the details separately).

Monitoring, Assessment, Reporting and Recording

• To encourage and monitor the development and progress of each individual student.
• To provide students, parents and other stakeholders with appropriate and constructive
  feedback on progress made
• To maintain accurate and complete records of students’ attendance, progress, development etc
• To work closely with reporting officer to mentor/guide staff and freelance trainers

Others

• Responsible for the general cleanliness of the classrooms, ensuring a safe environment for
  students.
• To adhere to all standard operating procedures.
• To provide support to unit’s administrative matters.
• To review enrichment curriculum, in order to ensure relevance and address needs of students
  in both preschool and student care units.

Requirements:

• A minimum O level / Higher NITEC / Diploma, in any discipline.
• Prior experience within the Early Childhood sector is also a distinct advantage.
• Good knowledge of child development theories and practices, as well as teaching
  methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Trainers are required to be independent with initiatives to complete tasks while working from
  home, as well as resolve daily classroom issues on site
